We guarantee that all of the instruments sold by our company enjoys a warranty of 18 months (excluding expandable parts, and man-made damages). All the users are entitled to after-sale technical instruction and adjusting service once they purchase our products. Software updates are free of charge. Maintenance for products that exceed warranty period is available at cost price. - Warranty period and term

Product warranty period is 18 months and each product has a quality certificate. Product repairing is free within warranty period.
The product has been repaired still take the same warranty period. (If the product is replaced into new one, the new one's warranty period is as same as the old one.) - Non-waranty prescription
- Equipment damage resulting from improper operation in the scope of warranty service.

If your instruments need repaired, please follow these procedures: -
* Make a phone call to the after-sale department through the email (service@cn-hopu.com), and conform the problems.
We will response to all requested within 24 hours and then inform you to solve the problem explicitly. -
* Download "after-sale contact form", and sent it back with the equipment after filling it out.
